Umudjoro & Company was registered as a business name in the year 2004. The object is mainly legal practice. The firm is headed by Benjamin Umudjoro. He read law at the University of Calabar graduating with a second upper class degree in Law (LLB) in 1997. After his call to Bar, Benjamin Umudjoro practiced under the law firm of Falana and Falana Chambers, headed by the famous human right activist Mr. Femi Falana (SAN).

IN 2004, Benjamin Umudjoro established UMUDJORO AND COMPANY. The firm has been active in litigation, corporate practice and consulting in properties matters.

Mr. Benjamin Umudjoro was recently inducted as a chartered Arbitrator with the Nigeria Institute of Arbitration. In fact in the examination that was conducted by the Institute, he came overall second with an A grade and won the Professor Fabian Ajogwu (SAN) award.
